Which should I make into a 5*?
Swords:
4* Khorovod - UV Med vs Undead
4* Faust
4* Avenger
3* Tempered Calibur - UV vs Gremlins Med
2* Calibur - UV CTR Low
Guns:
4* Cryo Driver
3* Antigua
Bomb:
3* Freezing Vaporizer Mk II - UV CTR Medium
Shields:
4* Wise Owlite Shield
3* Twisted Targe - UV Poison Low
But Which 1 should I upgrade as my Top Priority first?
DA or grey owlite.

I'd do the hail driver first. I waited on the gun in favor of getting 5* bombs (including shivermist), sword, and helmet... Other than nitronome, the hail driver is my favorite of all of the 5* things I have so far.
Divine Avenger has one of the cheapest and best charge attacks of any swords. It's always a good pick.
I'd start with the DA, then the owl shield, and then the bomb.

I've already gotten a 5* Gear. Im wearing a Nameless Hat & Vog Cub Coat, though I think most would disagree or question y i got a Nameless Hat instead of the Vog Cub Cap.
A weapon or a shield. Weapon because it is the most important thing in the whole Spiral Knights world, without a good weapon you cannot kill enemies efficiently. Shield because it is the most important defense in the whole Spiral Knights world, without a good shield you cannot avoid a deadly attack after another deadly attack.
I will go in this order:
1.Grey Owlite Shield
2.Divine Avenger
3.Argent Peacemaker
4.Leviathan(the ctr low)
5.Shivermist Buster
I wouldn't really bother with a Gran Faust if I have limited resources as it is only good for normal jellies, I still use my trusty levi for the jelly king. Basically you need these equips for FSC as well, as levi is awesome is hitting dukky's mask. Shivermist depends, if you have a friend with shivermist, he will probably be full time freezing the big guy and you will be either slashing it or gunning it.
PS: This order assumes that you wanted to use these equipments for FSC.

Off topic: EliteChamp. Ya know what peoples say , The best defence is offence :P .
1. Grey owlite shield. (Your shield is most important.)
2. Divine Avenger. (Great charge and the glitchs are addicting to show off.)
3. Shivermist buster. (You won't regret it, the radius gets doubled.)
4. Cryo Driver. (I strongly think that you should upgrade this rather then the antigua.)
5. Calibur CTR low. (Great charge, you'll find yourself using the charge a lot.)
My first 4 things which were 5* were: Grey owlite shield. Vog cub coat. Shivermist buster. Divine Avenger.
(Went shiver before DA because I found the recipe at basil.)

Your Antigua to a argent, a grey Owlite, or your Da. I'd go with DA, AP, then grey Owlite. Whatevs from there
