I wrote few emails on support@spiralknights.com,but still aint got reply,I waited for some time (5-6 days 1st time,2nd time 15 days) but still no reply from SK team,Could you please answer me

I sent alot of emails (3-5 emails in 20 days),and still aint got reply from noone,I use personal email: nebojsa.j@hotmail.rs to send requests.
I aint got answers on email,no in spam,I thought something is wrong,because you game-masters,developers are usually cool,and I will use then mine 15th email (nebojsa@engineer.com) from Mail.com service.
I hope this will fix.
Let's see if we can sort this out. I have checked our system thoroughly and I'm afraid I can't find any emails from the address registered with this account or any emails including your account name, in fact. We usually reply to emails within 24 hours so I suspect something went wrong with the delivery of your mails here.
In case you used a yahoo.com email to contact us this may explain the failure. We're still having trouble with recieving some emails from this provider, I'm afraid - we're trying to fix this issue of course, but for the time being this provider remains problematic. So if that is the case, please resend your request while using a different email provider. You may also want to check your spam folder since some email providers sort our responses as spam.
I'd rather not share sensitive information - like your email address - in public, so it might be a better idea to continue this discussion via email or ingame support requests. If you can provide the email address you sent your initial requests from that way, for example, I'll be happy to take another look at this issue. Or simply resend the request from a different provider.
