My suggestion will be sweet, and simple. This may have already been mentioned, but I guess I'll just remention it.

Sometimes we get kicked, simply because the party leader, forgot to lock their party, and you get kicked because you took their friends reserved spot. And then afterwards, you're on your own, and there is no one that will join =.=

I think, when you get kicked, it should pop up a message saying "You were kicked, Would you like to A) Start a new party or B) Return to Haven and be reimbursed 10 energy.

I don't like having energy wasted, and I'm sure you don't either.

Nice suggestion. But, I think that you should get the option only if you got booted within 2 minutes of joining a party. If you get kicked at any other point then you don't get reimbursed.

If you get kicked immediately

If you get kicked immediately upon joining a party, then sure. You should also lose any loot that you may have gained if you want the energy back, in order to avoid exploits. But be careful not to give griefers a way to join a group, cause trouble, get kicked for causing trouble, and then have their 10 energy back so that it costs them nothing.

I just invite friends into the party if I am in a harder area like tier 3, so this way if it is impossible for people to join your group.

The thing is that when you get kicked, majority of the times if you randomly joined, it was within the first levels of a tier before people are unable to join. I am guessing that if you are joining friends, that is also a rare occurrence that they would kick you. But usually if you join, someone can still join you as well.

Do not fret, I am sure majority of the times this happens, people can join. So when it happens to me, I just continue to play until someone joins.

I agree Noobowns people can join. that's fine. But I resonate strongly with Nosonator. I've had it happen quite a bit in the Clockworks Terminal Crossroads. Apparently someone wanted to head on to boss with a specialized group or something. And there I am, with no where to go! Nice thing is, that trip was free, so far. But it's a bummer on other levels. And the option A or B (with the limits mentioned on B) gives you the choice to keep playing, and invite friends. if that's what you're into.

But that is what I am saying, after the Terminal, no one can join the party by random join from Arcade entrance gates. So the furthest you can go is the Terminal, which if you get kicked, others can still join you after you get kicked.
