for completing each archievement, let's say you would gain a small amount of mist energy
like 15 mist for each, or implement quests to gain mist energy etc

I'd say...
You should get, as Sneeuwwitje said, a small amount of energy for achivements. More for the harder ones.
Maybe for the even harder ones, such as beating Vanaduke for the first time, you could get, as Stupysays said, a costume! Like maybe a Vanaduke style one for beating him, a Snarby one for beating him, etc. Maybe not, because there's already a Jelly King one, and it's not a costume, it's a 5-star armor set.
I would rather prefer a costume set for achieving half, then all of the achievements.
