Hey guys so right now I run with
-Ash Tail Cap
-Ash Tail Coat
-Wise Owlite Shield
-Avenger
-Silent Nightblade
and enough money to get one 5* item
I run a 2 weapon slot.
Should I buy a third slot and gun/bomb instead of going for the 5* item?
or just wait until I get both of them?
T3 is really beating me down and it makes me wonder if I should just stick with T2 more until I get more 5* equips or a more balanced weapon set
I used to do t3 runs with all 4* equipment. However, double normal/double pierce from ash tail is not really good in t3. As for two weapon slot, I always carry my levi and a fire/ice bomb. I'd like ot carry a gun, but i usually run teams anyway so i let others do the gunning as i prefer bombing and kiting.
What really save me in t3 was my miracle hood which had plenty of elemental and my fiery bomb which i used for mobs. So while 4* works if you're careful just like 2* works in t2, it's not really ideal.
Also if you can only upgrade one thing, I'd do a vog piece. Increased normal along with replacing piercing wiht elemental and increased sword speed will help out even things out. Next thing, i'd do the shield to be able to survive if you get into trouble.
Doing well in T3 is dependent on learning the enemy patterns, more so than the specific armor or weapons you are carrying. Compared to T2 there is little margin for error. I'd recommend sticking to T2 and doing T3 Basil runs until you are comfortable.
Excluding FSC, T3 depths only provides slightly more crowns than T2 and that is only past Basil.
And AlfaOmega1 is right, upgrading one of your armors to Vog will increase your survivability.
Vog Cub Coat first. Then divine avenger, then Vog Cub Cap, then grey Owlite, then Acheron.
Oh and you need a gun. Get a AP an getbit before the Vog cap si after da.
@iceamx, I used to run exactly like that except with a Prisma Driver instead of Avenger. I like this set that you have alot, and think it's good, but in FSC, you might wanna change the Silent Nightblade to Dark Thorn or Barbarous Thorn Blade.
