You actually can't "create"
You actually can't "create" gates. You just can try to decide what monsters will appear there. For example if you put in many green and yellow minerals in a gate, and if these two colours are the highest numbers, the gate will turn into jelly theme. There is a guy in Haven, where these mineral blocks are, there you can see all the formulas.
