35-40kce is the price these chaps go for now. Before the update people (like me lol) would pay a similiar amount of ce for a calibur ctr vh. Since the gremlins arrived those items got incredible cheap. With rose regalia it's the other way around...

Rose regalia seems to get bound to people with no way of unbinding it, basically making trade-able pieces more and more unique.
Forget about rose regalia and buy my nameless hat recipe to use as a costume item, it also looks cool! :D not unique, sure, because you can craft it, spending under 3k ce total, but still looks good.
I could see myself paying 10k CE. Message me in-game and we'll negotiate.
