I haven't seen any other discussions on this but at the bottom nick talks about some new costumes, does anyone know what they are?

There aren't any new costumes, but in the Arsenal interface there is now a category specifically for all the costume-only items. If you have something like the bombhead masks or rose set then it'll appear under this category instead of under Helmet and Armor.

Take it easy on the caps kids...
If you look at your arsenal you will see a new tab called "Costumes"... that is what he meant. Now calm down :D
