I've followed every step of the sticky exactly. Spiral Knights won't load from any of my three browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). So I downloaded it directly. Still wouldn't load. Uninstalled, updated my Java, updated my Graphics Driver, reinstalled. Still no go. Tried editing the Registry, still no go. Even downloaded the 64-bit version of Java, redirected the shortcut to the 64-bit version of Java's folder instead of the 32-bit version, and STILL no go.
What happens is I start Spiral Knights up, after several seconds a black screen loads up, flashes for a couple of seconds, and the bug report pops up.
Running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit, 4 gigs of RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTS 250.
I'm at a complete loss here.
I've even tried running in windowed mode, and I can't seem to figure out how to accomplish that.
I'm no expert so I can't point out your problem, however, you mentioned you couldn't figure out how to disable fullscreen.
Well since you've already been in your registry, you shouldn't have a problem with this. Look for a value that says "fullscreen". Change it from "true" to "false".
