I made a thread earlier about a Shivermist with the same UV - the answer I got was that the Shivermist was worth about 5k CE (4k unbind), since the freezing vaporizer line is more for crowd control than actual damage. I'd be inclined to believe that Undead is one of the better non-CTR UVs for the bomb, since it has lots of utility in FSC.
