I've added a section about the costume category to the arsenal page. Also added a wee bit about that to the helmet & armor page. In addition to this I have made a change to the ArmorInfo template to add a line to abilities if it's a costume piece just to make it even more obvious that folks have not had their costume gear stolen, just moved to a new arsenal section.

Due to the wiki issues, the template change may not have propagated yet (or propagated the final version) to all the costume pieces. I'll go through soon to bump those pages with null edits & correct issues with the abilities section. Let me know if you notice other issues created by this change.

Possibly due to this new change, perhaps I should rename the Abilities section "Notes" instead? Thoughts?
