i'd guess in the 8-12k since sealed swords asi vh go for 10-15k ce. Technically, this would be a step below those, however, you may be able to command 15k ce since this is also more rare.
edit: so if you are going to sell it, i'd do a 48 hour action 7k starting 18k buyout. and be happy with wherever it went.
