A Max Fire Gunslinger Sash is worth around 10kce
I'd say its worth around 15kce if not more, however as Letha said Gunslinger gear really isn't in demand. Its really one of the best UV's for gunslinger gear and is no doubt a great FSC piece to run with if you're a gunslinger.

Your friend,is full of crap,no offense. Gunslinger Gear isn't really in demand,but this piece has a great UV.
I'm sure some1 who really wants it would gladly pay a good amount for it. After all,there aren't many Max UV'd Gunslinger pieces out there.
As for the price,I can't help you with that,sorry :(
