Ok so me and my brother have two seperate accounts and today after my energy went down to 2 his energy was at 2 and he hasn't played for 2 days and yet his energy is at the same amount of mine. why is that?

One Computer with Free Accounts
This is the most commonly observed scenario when there is a household shared computer. In this case all free accounts used will share Mist Energy as if they are the same person. If you log on at another computer the system will default to the player with the least amount of Energy. For example, if the owner of Account B has played on Computer B goes to play on the Computer of Account C that computer's Mist Energy reserve will default to whatever Account B had left.

i think its because i made a 3rd account by accident and that happened. if the account logged on a different computer would my account and my brother's no longer share on this computer?

its a bit more complicated
its a bit more complicated then that. When you login from a machine, SK checks to see if any other players have logged in from it recently and tries to figure out how much mist energy it should have based on whose mist energy would be lower.
If one account goes down to 0 mist energy, and then tries to login to another machine, the 2nd one will be taken down to 0 mist as well. Any other accounts that login immediately after, will also have 0 mist energy since the last account had a lower amount.
To avoid this, one of the accounts can purchase CE from the store and be permanently exempt, giving him an independent mist pool. Another way to is simply play on different machines, and never login to the other.

We already have the mist energy shared because i accidentally made a 3rd account but what if i were to buy CE on "Account 1" then will i not have to share "Account 2"s Mist Energy?

Yes, once Account 1 purchased
Yes, once Account 1 purchased energy, it will be removed from the mist sharing mechanism. Account 2 will continue to share mist with the accidentally created Account 3.
