Something new- sorry.

The new release updated fine, and I was prompted to log back in. Having input my user name and password, the client abruptly quits, with the Mac alert box:

"Spiral Knights quit unexpectedly."

I tried reopening the client; restarting the client, changing the screen size (as noted in the new release that was supported); and changing other options that were available to see if it was just my current setting to no avail.

I have a copy of the error report which it generates; I can either select part of it to post, or e-mail it to the appropriate place (this would be the 'report to Apple' detailed information). Below is a selection; whether or not this is remotely helpful, I haven't any idea, but I have saved the entire generated file.

Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)
Exception Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000
Crashed Thread: 22 Java: AWT-EventQueue-0

Java information:
Exception type: Bus Error (0xa) at pc=1337f7664

Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (16.3-b01-279 mixed mode macosx-amd64)

If after it happens, you

If after it happens, you could try restarting the client, pressing F2 from the logon screen and submitting a bug report from there, it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Thanks, I got it.

Thanks, I got it. Unfortunately, there was nothing in the log. Could you send the complete report (that you mentioned earlier) to andrzej (at) threerings.net?
