Dear Gamemasters/SK Support Team,
my friend's character [ Deathsblade ] are not able to log in due to suspension. the error message goes " This account has been suspended." i demand to know how and why he is suspended, when he was suspended, on what charge, period of suspension and any information related regarding on his suspended account. please tell me if there is any way to lift his suspension ban. he is a very good friend and a valuable player to me. hoping for swift solution on this problem.

You cannot contest bans or suspensions on the forums. This is not a matter that needs to be publicly discussed.
Your friend needs to contact support directly at support@spiralknights.com
If your friend has been banned for a legitimate violation of the Terms of Service, Three Rings is under no obligations to reverse the ban. Remind your friend to ask nicely, that always helps.
