Just entered a Fortune Smiles on the Greedy map when I noticed this:

It's on floor 22 of the second gate (don't remember the name at the moment). I don't yet know if this applies to all versions of the level, or if it's only this floor. If you didn't notice, that spot is also missing from the minimap, but it can be walked over as if the ground was still there.

Yeah, judging by the gap in the radar as well, it's less a texture bug and more a seaming issue like Shoebox said.
