when i try to login it says failed to connect to server but my internet is working because im on it and im online plus i can play other online games example call of duty yet i cant play sk why?

If you turn AVG, McAfee and
If you turn AVG, McAfee and Windows Defender/Firewall off, can you connect to the server properly?
These programs can always be turned back on, so don't worry.
If those things are off and you CAN'T connect, then your router's firewall is probably blocking the game. You will have to add an exception to your router's firewall in order for the game to work.
If those things are off and you CAN connect, one or more of those programs is blocking the game. You will have to add exceptions to those programs for the game to work.
We can deal with those exceptions later, but can you turn those programs off and see if the game connects?

Ehhh, well can you connect to
Ehhh, well can you connect to the game at all now?
If not, we should still try turning off McAfee. Try clicking Start button and searching for McAfee in the search bar, if you see it's icon, click it. If you don't see it, can you go to your Control Panel, Uninstall Programs and check to see if it's there? DON'T uninstall it, just make sure it's there.

Okay, what was the name and version number of McAfee listed in the Uninstall Programs page? (Example: McAfee VirusScan Enterprise, version 8.7.0)
There should be an icon for it in the bottom right corner of your screen. Right click on your taskbar and uncheck "Lock Taskbar". An arrow should appear on the right side, drag that arrow to the left and the McAfee icon should show up.

Commando must have been blocking SK. AFTER SK is done downloading, enable Windows Firewall and AVG but NOT commando and tell me if you can still connect.
If you can connect with AVG and Windows Firewall, then we know for sure that Commando is your only problem.
