Hello. I had to contact a GM today for the first time, and he/she was very helpful. I like to leave positive feedback for good experiences, because I believe customer service people never get enough praise and get too many complaints.

I don't really want to clog up the support queues just to say thanks. Is there a form or an e-mail to fill out?

Just start an admin

Just start an admin appreciation thread, and keep it alive

That'd be cool

People like knowing they're appreciated.

@ummeiko

I support this idea.

GM Helios is a good guy. Helpful and always on top of reports.

And so the GMs descended into

And so the GMs descended into the clocks works, answering the pleas of the many voices calling for aid.... and before them hey did appear in a ghostly invulnerable forms. But alas, the bridge between their world and ours is in a narrow one indeed.. and so they waited for the apparition that appeared before them to take action, but he would not move. And so it seems the legends of the cursed golden chariot were in fact true.... and that the gods of this world would not spring for anything more then a Celeron to carry their agents into battle.

*2 minutes later*

Still waiting

*2 more minutes later*

And just before all hope was lost, the spirits became whole and sprang to life. In his hand, the most powerful weapon known in all of Cradle... the Ban stick. He greeted them and quickly moved to assess the situation. He stood before Vanaduke, who was frozen in time. With a contemplative look, the GM raised his mighty weapon in air and called forth all the power at his disposal. Blow after thunderous blow, he struck the vile fiend, yet made a not a scratch. He then paused for moment. "Yup, hes stuck"

Our worst fears had been realized.... an enemy which can not be defeated. "Welp, this is what I can do...."

And so we were whisked away, draw by a power unlike any we known before...... It first took us to the clock work terminal above the Firestorm Citadel. And so began what can only be described as a most Excellent Adventure *air guitar*. The mystic force pulled us downward, level by level. It was much like an elevator, yet it had no cost, no warning, and no safety rail. But at the same time, we felt no danger.

And so the GM delivered us to the gates of the Throne Room. I could only guess that it had taken us back in time.... back before Vanaduke gained his ultimate power... back to a point were we once again stood a chance.

And just as mysteriously as he appeared... the GM disappeared. Except a lot faster.
