So here goes the story.
I bought an owlite shield max shock in the AH.
I try to sell the shield on bazaar and on trade channels.
I found this guy who wanted to buy CE. So I sold him some. Then I asked if he wanted to buy my items and he had a look.
He saw my owlite shield and was interested.
He asked me how much it was. I offered 800ce.
In the end he paid 623 CE and the deal was done.
He was really happy about a max uv and even said he would buy more max uv items from me when I get them.
A while later. A random person starts harassing me. Wants to add me then accuses me of scamming.
Later on, I found out it was the buyer's friend.
The buyer wants a refund. Now I obviously don't want a refund. I have no reason to refund, I want my items sold of course!
They think the shield is worthless because an owlite already has shock. So, they accuse me of ripping him off.
I sold it to him fair and square. I told him it was shock max. His reasons for a refund is because he didn't know it was shock. He just knew it was maximum "something"...
It was cheap because I bought it cheap. But in a game we can't really put a price on any item and claim its a scam if you under/over-sold/buy.
So really, he wants to report me... I don't know how GM's deal with all their reports but I know a lot of innocent people get banned for nothing. I've read forums where people said the word "scam" "scammer" or "hacker" and got banned LOL
Just a frustration post...
It's really no your fault that he didn't read the details of the UV. what UV, an item has max of is very important so crying ignorance as a reason for a refund really isn't fair. Besides, I heard stats can exceed the bars anyway. I actualy like to start seeing overlaying bars so we can get gold starred items :)
