will vog cub's attack speed affect the striker lines very much? im mainly asking this because i hear the speed bar becomes full does that mean the asi is partially useless or will you still gain asi when the speed bar on the striker line sword is full?
The Cutter series still receives ASI all the way up to Maximum!; the noticeable difference is just "weaker," compared to other melee lines.
Some do take note of an increase and cherish it, while others are usually content with Very High.
