So I was gonna buy my friend some ce to separate their account so their friend can play on their computer...

Nothing major, just a 2.50 pack to seperate them <_<

So I enter my cc info and forget to change the package before I hit okay... BAM $20 charge...

So blonde, I know. Dumb mistake, I know...

Anyone else done this before? I sent a msg to sk billing to ask for a refund, anyone requested a refund before? Does OOO work with you on those or do they just give you the finger and stick you with your mis-click?

Gah - if I'm stuck with this, it's gonna be a mixed trouble for me...
on one hand - it's my friend's account, so I could get the ce I bought...
...but all the locked bonus stuff in the starter pack is theirs -_-

Even the forum makes you review your submission first...but not the purchase interface?
