I can go through T2 solo using only the Levi's charge (except for bosses and certain areas). It's normal damage too, so it works no matter the theme.

Because being able to one-shot darkfang menders (in a party size of up to two, or larger in earlier depths) really comes in handy. Also works very well against fiends, beasts, and other gremlins. The wide angle first attack is great against both devilites and greavers, as both types of mobs need to be attacked with one hit at a time rather than full combos.
I have an acheron, but final flourish is more effective than acheron against gremlins, in spite of gremlins being extra vulnerable to shadow damage. The quicker attacks more than make up for the reduced damage, as it makes it much easier to hit mobs without getting hit yourself.

My favorite is probably the
My favorite is probably the catalyzer series of guns, but only playing solo, I love to 'set us up the bomb' and explode bad guys. For group play, probably the vortex bombs, I fell in love with it when I saw a guy use the original at the Jelly palace, then went on a man(recipe)hunt to find and craft it.
Not my favorite, but I also really, really like the magnus series charge attack, being tossed backwards and landing on your tail is so funny to me, I grin like a little boy every time I do it.

DVS was my first 5*, and
DVS was my first 5*, and still one of my favorites. My current favorite and newest addition to my arsenal is a CIV Very high Fiend, troublemaking hordes of devilites and kats are now a thing of the past. Favorite gun is Polaris, no doubt. As for bombs, Ash of Agni all the way (we don't need no water, let the **** burn).

NIGHTBLADE
It's my first ever 3-star weapon and for the longest time the only 3-star I gave a flying horse apple about obtaining, and apart from my shadowtech the only option I have at the moment for dealing Shadow Damage against slimes and pesky plumbers- I mean, Gremlins.
I COULD have just upgraded my Shadowtech, but let's face it, the higher-level alchemers look like the unholy union of a six-pack and a super-soaker and a lava lamp, combine that with the thing about most guns in this game... and well, you've got a no-brainer
My second favorite is the Snarble Barb since to date Snarbolax is the only boss that I can actually manage, and it shoots spikes.
(also Shoebox, don't want to seem like a bother, but I can't seem to find any other way to get your attention about a certain matter... please respond).

Leviathan
The Leviathan Blade (calibur line). I have about ~850 gameplay hours with this blade and killed every single monster and boss (Snarbolax, Jelly King, Roarmulus Twins, Vanaduke). It's the first blade I crafted since I started playing and even though I have Gran Faust and Divine Avenger, they will never take my first weapon slot over my leviathan.
It swings fast, hits hard and has the charge attack of a mini-nitronome. It is a bomb in a sword that looks like a stick. A big whoopin' stick. I've made dozens of 5* weapons and this weapon has had the best return value on the energy and crowns I spent on it. You don't even need a UV (unique variant) on this weapon, it is THAT good.
Don't have a blitz needle to take down a trojan? Bring a levi.
Don't have a bomb to clear that arena? Bring a levi.
Don't have an elemental gun to take out that annoying gun puppy? Bring a levi.
Don't have enough weapon slots to decide what to bring? Bring a levi.
Did I mention how easy the recipe is to get? You can get it at the bazaar from Kozma. Haha... in your face auction hall and screw you Basil! I don't need you anymore.

My Fireburst Brandish w/ ASI: High UV. It's so reliable.
My second favorite, has to be my Super Blast Bomb w/ Bonus vs Construct: Very High UV. It devastates Arenas.

So far my fav wep is my Barbarous Thorn Blade (LOVE freaking out people on boss runs with its charge! ^_^) Also with vog ASI it attacks so fast that it
keeps all my enemies on their backs or keeps em' flinching. Close second is my CIV for fsc runs (gotta LOVE the three hit charge on stationary enemies!).

For that, i will always love it. It was then, and is now, still my favorite weapon on the game. Of course, i'm greedy. And now i want ctr vh + slime and/or gremlin vh acheron O.O

Although I don't have one. Saw it once and was like: GASP! MUST HAVE IT!
Either way, I have the Calibur line of swords and working my way up. But with a Calibur in hand, Impossible is NOTHING! (just got sued by nike...or was it adidas...XD)
SUPREME crowd control soloing power. Charge, run into the mob and LET IT RIP! Enemies go flying in ALL directions, and that way, NO-ONE can touch you!
MWHAHAHA!
Or just smash the same guy against the wall for over 300 damage. Charge and combo alike.
