The previous vana gate was sabotaged by a guild [wont say which as i cant rant on forums, those who were in haven 20mins before it cycled out should know] The new gate is [as far as i believe] being sabotaged right from the beginning, stop fiends.. dump those yellow shards!!
Everyone insane enough to want to fight Vana should be allowed to do so. You have my support in this endeavor.

A player who can solo Vanaduke but reliably falls over dead within seconds of devilites appearing on his screen is not a good player.
Why don't we send them devilites on a vacation xD Problem solved.
The devilites are one of the challenging monsters in game. Even if a guild sabotaged the current FSC gate, it's good pratice before facing dukey.
Also, I got a chance to laugh at those who told me skelly is a bad set >:D
Sabotauge? It's an honest vote. If you have more minerals, your vote is more important. I dump all my yellow rocks in there becuase feinds generaly annoy me more than other enemys. Plus, they kill all of my teammates. Someone being a good player dosent affect their right to change gates whatsoever, an anyone who says otherwise is trolling becuase they think they are high and mighty.
Soloed vana for the 7th time, this time with no CE revives. but got owned by fiends 3 times before reaching vana... My equ are meant to deal with slow moving slags, not fast and dodgy kats and devilites

That's the problem. You can change gear at D23. Get Angelic or Skelly, Vog won't work. Grab a flourish if you still have problems, one set of gear won't beat everything.

Sabotaged? What makes a fiend stratum any worse than, say, a jelly stratum? That you're not good at it? Practice. It's not hard.

Right click on your picture, then click "Go Solo". Then devilites won't kill your teammates again. Or if you can't clear it solo, then maybe you're the problem, not your teammates.

As wfawwer said, you can switch gear at Basil. To that I'll add, you should have more than one set of gear. And especially more than one shield. You can probably get by with a rather bad armor and helmet, but you need a shield. If you don't have a four star or better shield that defends against shadow, then you're not ready for tier 3. Try fixing that before you go to tier 3.
If you're referring to my guild, it wasn't my guild, it was just me-- and I was NOT trying to create fiends. That resulted from people placing more purple minerals into the gate than the red and blue that I requested. I was attempting to make an undead theme. As you saw, I was asking for RED and BLUE, not purple. If people had put less purple in, it would've safely remained Undead, which is what I was trying to establish.
In any event, if you hate fiends so much, get some shadow gear and a BTB.

my BTB got outperformed by 10 devilites throwing at me from all directions, my blitz needle got dodged like crazy, kats flew through my polaris rounds like nothing and bit me.. i like to solo, but my crest of almire can only take that much damage
Actually Kats are Undead not Fiends. What I think you wanted to say was those Greavers right? Yep I hate Fiends but the only thing I can do when a Fiend stratum comes up before JK was to equip my Avenger, Twisted Snarble Barb and Gigawatt Pulsar/Toxic Needle. And a easy way to defeat those devilish Devilites is to hit once with Avenger and shield and repeat. I got a Sinister Skelly Suit as a rare drop before and really regret selling it after seeing how damaging those Devilites are in T3 (the stratums before FSC in Emerald Sun Gate).
No, i mean kats. They are undead yes i know, my DA crits against them. Its the flying around and biting you/shooting you that annoys me, devilites arent a problem with a polaris. kats? i need to swap to sword.. most of the time when you get swamped by both your screwed unless you got shadow gear, and seeing how the only 5* equ i have are vog cub set, mad bomber set and nameless set. it dosent take a genius to figure out i take alot of shadow damage, this holds true for people who didnt bother getting shadow resistance. though i am in the midst of making one seeing how the gates are starting to get sarbotarged again..
@klipwc, saving up your minerals so you can try to get a certain gate is not sabotage. Or sarbortage, for that matter. Not sure where the "r"s came from. It's your way of having some say in the game. If you play a lot and save up your minerals instead of getting a fast profit from them you have more say. You've earned it though. Much of what you say seems to be anger that the FSC gate exposed a weakness of yours. Well that means it's the perfect chance to eliminate that weakness. Get better stuff and find ways to make do with what you have. If you like to deal with your problems by avoiding them, then by all means avoid fiends, but this will be a hindrance in the long run.

the problem is that the fiends levels are always longer map, lower heat, less good drops(except ghost bell) and more time.
eh, the levels tend to be short to me. Which is why they have crap heat, but its not too bad if its in the second stratum. However, that is not the case going to the FSC gate, its in the first, so yeah bad heat, bad crowns, but quicker if you don't die a lot. But that tends to be the case with most first stratum levels regardless of the monster class. Like I've seen a lot of poison in the past with concrete jungles...crap. Certain stage variants help more than type, so arenas and longer clockwork stages are the better.
I did rather see a fiend arena... then face them off in those tight rooms, some of the rooms arent built for a polaris user [not enough space for the shots to expand] ... and thats where i get trashed mostly
haha reading this makes me want to dump ONLY my red/purple (i have 500+ of each mineral type saved), if you cant handle the various t3 stratum then i suggest you start investing is situational gear since this is a SITUATIONAL TYPE GAME~ hello~~~

It doesn't matter. I can't beat vanaduke consistently anyway, this is more than enough incentives for me to stop trying.
We alreadly did, actually the guild that was dumping them in sabotaged themselves, there were so little yellow crystals that the selling price of them was 5cr [first time seeing them so high. i was like O.O] , needless to say it soared up now while dark ones are valued at 2. autosellers get lots of money while we get our non-fiend gate, whats there not to like?
i dont get what yuh guys are complaining about the devils are easily inturupted and all of their weapons require charge (not confirmed with overtimers) i honestly dont care about the area b4 vana as long as i can make money im fine
i will love fiends when i make my mega magnus , but for now i just dont like em that much[for fighting with them]. I love how devlites look ^^ . If i had tons of mats i wold of dump all my red and purples in that vana gate

hmm that's a bit said, that means the system is kind of counter creating? If you dump a lot in early, it'll just boost the value of the anti materials? I never bothered to notice since they changed the system months ago from having a set amount of minerals needed. But if that's right then there's no point in trying to shift a gate until the very end :-/

I see a decent reply, so i shall reply, they "sabotaged" the gate? we counter it. As it stands, we have the right to not want fiends as well, so just have to speak with more power than words [crystal amounts] but yeah i kinda agree that vog isnt the solution to everything, after getting my armor ripped to bits again [came out alive with one hp, was lucky to have survived but didnt want to do vana anymore], i think its high time i got a divine veil just for levels like these, it takes me about 2-4days to craft a 5* equ from scratch.. so shouldnt be a problem, will be all prepared for the next gate if it so happens to switch to fiends again. But it still isnt the proper way to make an emphasis that vog isnt the solution to everything. Change gates for difficulty? I acknowledge and understand that [if not i wont be soloing FSC...] . change gates to troll players with only one 5* equ? nope, thats just being an elitist troller
I have a Mega Magnus... I like/don't like it as in, it's a nice gun but kinda slow and steady...
the current Stratum 5 is full of mini-areas... super annoying.
Anyway, like the fiend Stratum in general really, even if it doesn't pay too well. Good challenge and all that ;)
