I couldn't find this anywhere on the Wiki. What does "Moderate," "Strong," etc. mean? Is it only duration? And if so, what do the different levels mean in numbers?

Strength equates to damage
Strength equates to damage dealt (if applicable), degree of Debuffing, and duration of the effect. All three are directly scaled, so resistances sharply reduce the severity.
