It's electronic. It's delivered instantly.

And if you mean "when opened by the recipient," that would counteract (what I believe to be) the entire purpose of the crown fee, which is to prevent spam.

@WindOwl, he means system where you can check COD box in mail and add crown / CE amount the recipient must pay in order to get items attached. If he pays, sender gets those crown/CE via mail or if recipient declines the items will be mailed back to him.

This will actually save a lot of headaches. The problem is if the person decides to wait the full 30 days before the item gets returned. A new form of sales griefing I suppose.

Even if it costs 100 crowns to send the mail, they sure will try...

well if that's the case they can also implement an option to block mail from certain players. honestly though griefing doesn't seem like a large enough reason to not implement something that would greatly help game commerce.
