I purchased, in game, on sunday 28-Aug, a Master Blaster Bomb recipe. I learn it but it does not show in my learned recipe inventory.
Please help.

I have a .jpg with the system text saying that I have learned it, but I do not know how to attach it.

This will probably be best handled as a support ticket. Be sure to include your knight's name (hand type if its not in the dropdown).

java

I have the latest Java update (6.27) and on their site it is detected...so, I presume it works and I have no script blocker.

Java Runtime and Java script

Java Runtime and Java script are 2 completely different things. Something running has got to blocking it though.

You could try adding it to the trusted sites in IE since it defaults to a more secure mode, but I don't use chrome, and can't give advise on it.

:(

I added to the trusted sites the Java and Spiral Knights sites. Does not work.
I checked the antivirus, it does not have script blocker (or I could not find it).
I only use Chrome to double check if it works. (On IE8 on XP also does not work)
Is there any other way to send a support ticket ? A direct email or something ?

:)

Finally I found what is blocking the support site. In IE9 under Internet Options/Security there is an option : "Enable Protected Mode" which was enabled. I disable it, and surprise, I was able to send a support ticket.
Anyway thanks for the patience and support.

I'm gonna kick myself later

I'm gonna kick myself later on for not being able to remember that setting when someone else runs into this.
