Briar Bone Barrage

What ever happened to Concrete Jungle's miniboss level, Briar Bone Barrage? The past few gates that have had poison or undead themes in T3 haven't had it as they should've; last time I saw BBB active was in June. Dark City's miniboss, Stygian Steeds, is still there, but where's BBB? Was it removed or does the system just not feel like putting it up lately?

Explain to me how Dark City; Stygian Steeds and Emerald Sun go together.
Unless you can give concrete examples of how the system works I can't take that post seriously.

Personally, I've never played Briar Bone Barrage, but I'm pretty sure I've seen it listed at least once. I wonder what it's like...

BBB and You...
Personally, I don't think it's been out that long. I did Briar Bone Barrage last month, with great success. The gates are randomly spawned, based on status in that stratum. Not even undead stratum will be BBB. Just like every fire strat isn't FSC, every jelly strat isn't Royal Jelly, and so on and so forth. It is randomized.

Yet it seems like EVERY Fiend stratum we get in T3 is Stygian Steeds.
The theme of a stratum is only part of the equation. The gate name itself plays a role in what types of things you encounter. It is the main factor in determining the appearance of graveyards, arenas, specialty areas, and the number of possible locations at each depth.
Currently, there is little incentive for the community to determine the details of how the color and symbol in a gate's name work.
