Good Ideas:
- Kill the healer. Self explanatory.
- Save Curse Vial against Jelly King.
- Learn the attack patterns. It's easier to find an opening when you know what they do.
- Fight one group at a time. Don't break the crystal blocks separating monsters from each other unless you're done fighting them.
- Separate groups of monsters. Having space to dodge attacks is good!
- Lure monsters to open areas. Spikes are bad, so is poison.
- Move the zombie rezzing stone away. Self explanatory.
- Coordinate your attacks. There's not point trying to attack the same monster from the same side if whoever strikes first knocks it out of range.

Bad Ideas:
- Setting fire to Oily Slimes. Their bodies and puddles spread fire.
- Electrocuting Quicksilver Slimes. They go super fast if they are shocked
- Flanking a Trojan when you're the target. It doesn't work, stop trying. It just makes it harder for everyone else trying to flank him.
- Attacking things past T2 head on. Flinching a monster is much harder in T2. Attack AFTER they do unless you're sure you can flinch/kill/knock them.
- Staying at medium range from a Tortodrone. They will charge you at this range. Either get in melee and bait the ground slam or move away and bait the crystal missiles.
- Running around needlessly. The chance of crossfire increases when you run circles around monsters with range attacks. Keep the enemy between you and others so their attacks move AWAY from your party members.
- Fighting laser mechs in a narrow path. Big no no.
- Using high knockback attacks carelessly. Please stop knocking jellies into me with your blast bomb. I appreciate the damage but it makes it hard to dodge when the field suddenly shifts after every blast.
- Shooting monsters who dodge. Same problem. Especially when multiple people are doing it.

It's not always bad...

Shooting monsters who dodge. Same problem. Especially when multiple people are doing it.

Well, shooting them when they have their 'about to attack' warning going on means they won't dodge at that time; however, if they are in a dodging moment, shooting at them is better done to herd them... aiming slightly to one side to force them into a corner is effective, but... moreso solo. Then again, when it's not effective it's because they are targeting someone else and won't dodge so now you know you can just shoot them for real. I'm still not very good with this technique, but I've got enough mileage that I'm sure it's workable.

(Also autogun works very nicely against dodgy monsters. Pity that it has terrible range and accuracy and leaves you in the lurch when you meet the gun puppies... )

"- Save Curse Vial against

"- Save Curse Vial against Jelly King."

I'm still confused about what Curse does to monsters, Someone clarify? D:

A Poison Vial would be more useful, since it won't even get to the healing.

Anyway, when a duder is afflicted with Curse, they inflict critical damage onto themselves when they attempt to attack.

Hmm

Their are many tips and tricks in this game especially with parties. My, friends and I mastered grave yards by having two people kill and one distract it works out great. (If needed I can go in detail).

Have your gunmen distract monsters and have sword people just strike from behind multiple damage =) works great

Corner Bang....yes take a monster to the corner with your group and just attack and watch him die =).

Thats a few I can think of on the fly =).

For the record, electrocuting

For the record, electrocuting quick silvers can be a great idea. If done properly, you can kill entire rooms of enemies with a single vial and take 0 damage. The trick is to set them off from a safe distance through a choke point they're unlikely to come through in their electrified dashing.

For example, shooting a single block opening in a wall with a voltech alchemer and lighting them up while they're a good ways back from it, then hiding behind that wall. Hilarious and effective.

When there's a healer around,

When there's a healer around, poison monsters if possible. They can't be healed then. Bonus if you get the healer, because sometimes they'll take time out to heal themselves, instead of more considerately dying.
