I prefer a structure that either doesn't have a required subject line to every reply, or one that by default uses the initial subject line unless the replier decides to alter it.
The way that it is defaulting now, using the first several words of the response, is redundant and awkward.

Edit: (And we need to be able to have pretty avatars and signatures too!)

Oh, hello. Just wanted to let you all know that this Official Forum, as it is now, is not at all representative of the final version. Yeah, this white, featureless design is definitely placeholder. Eventually we'll be replacing both this site as well as SpiralKnights.com with a more fully-featured and content-packed official web presence.
That said, I do agree that this current forum is pretty rough. ;P

Aye, the Whirled discussion area thing turned me off. This one looks like it'll be like Y!PP/B!H, which is much better.
