Could anyone give me a list of piercing shields? and also give me a recommendation please? :D

Suggestion.
I would suggest u Barbarous thorn shield, if u are swordsman.
Another good shield is Ironmight Plate Shield.

I would suggest the plate shield for lots of normal defense, which cam be useful, or a barbarous thorn shield if you are a swordsman. Do not go for the aegis because it has no bonuses. It is probably one of the worst shields.
If you want a peircing shield to protect you from aphla wolvers, then your search is in vain. I might be wrong but I believe there is no shield that can stand up against their bite combo.

I would go for Aegis cuz it looks awesome , but if you are a sword user go for barb thorn
