Greetings fellow knights!
I have an Ash Tail set along wit Twisted targe, and Ascended Calibur. I wish to uprade to Barbarous Thorn Shield, Skolver set and Leviathan blade. And here's my question: when i look at Leviathan blade now, with High attack bonus from my equipment, the attack power bar seems to be 100% full. So will the damage of the blade be increased, when my overall attack bonus increases to Extreme, or is it hard-capped now by the attack power bar, thus making further power attack upgrades pointless?

Bars lie, something you should remember.
The only time when a stat will be 'hard-capped' is when the corresponding UV is at maximum.
In your case, the leviathan blade will fully benefit from all sword damage bonus's supplied by your items.
And in case you don't know how to check, there is a simple numerical system in place for UV's
1. Low
2. Medium
3. High
4. Very High
5. Ultra
6. Maximum
With BTB and Skolver set, it would be Med + Med + Med = Max.

Better leave the leviathan for last upgrade , cuz it gives only a bit more dmg then asc calibur 10 lvl.
