want to solo the g-damn core. Get all the mats to myself, and see the g-damn core, it's been like 4 months already, can't I see the end of the dang game already? Phew, man, my choice to go solo alright? And solo makes the enemies health lower. Why did I do the arena, wasting money like that, oh man. I had to do 2 arenas and scream and curse at 7 am in the morning. I just...man, and waiting for the cycle would've taken too long at the knight gate cause there were 2 arenas back to back. Man, I had better hope to see the core even if I don't do arenas.
Oh man, omit the curses, this tier 3 reviving costs up to 160 has my blood boiling cause fans tell us not to complain, I just...

Even if it sounds like a flame - you need to learn to play better. Being able to solo down to the core is a matter of practice more than anything. Plus, you do realise that you can skip the second and third rooms of arenas right?
If your sole aim is to get to the core solo then you could always choose easier floors than arenas. If your goal is to make a profit and have fun then arenas are a good choice. Personally i never skip arenas if i can help it.
Try to learn the monsters attack patterns and predict how they will react to your fighting style. In arenas, kiting is usually king - especially solo where thee is noone to distract the monsters. Gear selection is another thing you can maybe improve to help your chances. Are you taking appropriate gear for the stratum? What equipment do you usually use?

OH man, ****ing died again at t3, this time at fiends, you really can't help but be impatient with the slow flourish animation or the pauses between each strike; I even have the divine mantle and uv fiend low bonus damage, and still failed with Grand Flourish. Crap down to 160 ce to revive again(down from 50k cr to 35k cr), this, this is just too much to punish someone who worked hard for 4 months to get the equipment to prepare for each cycle theme. I shouldn't have wanted to post while I was playing the fiend stage; I wanted to post that I had to revive up to 80 ce, but I got attacked by incoming fiends even though they weren't viewable at first, so they brought my cost to 160 ce to revive again, which no one would of course do, unless they have something to prove in a group(went solo). So I lost money buying more energy while in the dungeons. Seriously man, do they expect us to live like 10 years from now or something?

Why do you want to solo t3? Why are you paying three times as much as the elevator costs with revives? It's not worth it: go back to Haven and dive again. For the same energy cost you get much more practice.

I solo arenas in t3 all the time. I did a dive just last night through one of the gates, 2x graveyards, 4x arenas... I had to do 2x revives, once for greivers and once for a rocket puppy. If you're reviving more than that you need to change your tactics. In fact, even reviving that much means I didn't play well...

This is too amusing to be trolling. Four months is plenty of time to get good enough to solo almost anything. I got gold survivor the second time I went into stratum 6. It's not that hard. Pick the right gear for the strata and don't get hit.

I've gotten down there pretty
I've gotten down there pretty handily, but with other good players. I did a 2 man in which we sort of just ended up there after blasting through a beast-themed set.
Solo to the core? Me, no. I'm on a wireless connection and I'm way too laggy. I'm not even talking about the big lag spikes, I'm referring to the attacks that I SWEAR I had the shield up for a second before I got tagged with it. I'm not even confident enough to solo past 23, and only if it's in a friendly element. I also have decided to invest in full slots until next month, instead of singles for trinket and weapon.
personally, I'm not gonna bother until I move and get a 12mb hardline running to the back of my computer. Even then, I've seen it anyway.
My suggestion is to invest in bombing gear. As a swordsman in either full vog, full skolver, Gran Faust and a barb shield, It was always a skin of the teeth situation through JK. With a Mad Bomber hat and Heavy Plate, which I have recently upgraded, Ash of Agni and Shivemist, I walked though basically untouched. I think I lost 5 bars altogether, and those were healed quickly with hearts on the ground. I bet you could solo with 4* bomb gear, easy. Fact is, if you're close enough for them to touch you, you're gonna get touched. Kiting bombs keeps you distant and keeps a lot of damage going on them.
If you have to Rev once before you get to t3, you might as well call it a farming run, because you're already in the hole.

To get to the core is easy, rather than pick the right weapons, pick the right shield for the stratum... you can do gold survivor with just DA/BTB/Acheron or Levi/Polaris~ hell you can just about go anywhere with that combination, its all about picking the right shield for defense AND taking it very very slowly~ shoot everything and when their weak rush in to their blind spot and bash with sword and run away, repeat again and again... DON'T go for the 3hit combo, 1 or 2hits then shield or run~ play smarter not harder ;)
