no, its an economy, it means that when a new crown sink is gonna be added (E.g. lockdown), Then the CE price wont fall. its all part of a cycle - CE prices rise, so they produce a new crown sink, then CE prices will fall, so they do a power surge weekend, or a new energy sink so the CE prices rise again.

I remember once in the beta
I remember once in the beta energy was about 15k per 100. Then the price went way down when they introduced more items.
