So I encountered a problem today and wanted to submit a ticket, I opened the website (https://www.spiralknights.com/support/?locale=en#requests_new) and found a blank page. Is it because I am out of USA or something? I was forced to leave after that.

I am using Google Chrome and I know my Javascript is definitely enabled but I am not sure how to check if it is blocked by my security progam, so can anyone tell me how to do that? There is a green lock on the left of the URL of the webstite.

Never mind, I am able to load
Never mind, I am able to load up this website in Internet Explorer.
You need to make sure that Javascript is enabled on the browser you are using and that it is not being blocked by any security suite program.
