Since Your not sure how it works

If You don't want the whole explanation of how it works skip to the bottom.

Since Your not sure how it works; the UV system is based on points. The scale goes from 1-6, or from Low to Maximum. Here is a list of UV's from lowest to highest (1-6). Low, Medium, High, Very High, Ultra and Maximum! Because of the point system UV's from different sets of armor or weapons can be added. (Note: Each one of the points in this system is called a boost.)

In your case you have a calibur with a very high attack speed increase UV which means it has 4 asi boost points. I looked on the wiki and unless you have a UV on your shield, your swiftstrike buckler actually has a high attack attack speed increase which means that it actually has 3 boost points. Once you add up your boost points you get a total of 7. Once you reference the UV chart you can see that you only need 6 boost points to get a maximum UV. Which of course, means you have more than enough accumalitive boost points to get a maximum UV.

In short a calibur with a very high asi UV and a swiftstrike buckler which actually has a high asi, will make your attack speed increase Maximum!

Also there is no difference

Also there is no difference between 6 and 7 bossts, 6 is the "Maximum!". So For example using Vog Cub (ASI very high (4)) + Swift (3) + 2 times ASI tinker medium (2x 2) this gives you an ASI of 9 wich doesnt affect the over +3 you have. Even if you got an UV on a weapon, for ex ASI +med (2) you get to 11, but still you're just as fast as 6.
