this has been bothering me. right now my gun, sword, and helm are level 10 (complete!). i will be shooting for replacements soon, but in the meantime I am only leveling up my shield and armor with heat at this point. but my question is, am i wasting heat potential?
is total heat even distributed across all equipment (split), or the is the total value of heat acquired applied to each (there is probably a better way to phrase that..)
so its either (heat / #of upgradable equipment) or (heat) + (equipments original heat value).. so which is it? unless theres some third option I don't realize
I have a feeling I am wasting heat by having complete equipment equipped while adventuring. can anyone clear this up?
it would be nice if I had complete gear on, that all heat goes to whatever is upgradeable (so, say i am working on just a sword, it would upgrade faster since it doesnt have to share total heat with other equipment).. but I suppose that could be exploited.
if anyone is familiar with infinity blade, the experience / equipment system *might* be the same as that. which i am hoping against, but would understand if it was.
fill me in!
From what I have experienced it seems the heat goes into whatever is leveling up. At one point I was at lvl 10 with everything except my sword, it leveled up to 10 at an incredible rate. Later when I had all new Armor, Helmet and Shield, it was much slower going. I take this to mean that any thing that is leveling up will have the heat evenly distributed to it.
You will also see it takes less heat to get from lvl 1 to lvl2 than from lvl 8 to lvl 9 obviously.
In addition the only time you would possibly wasting your heat potential is if you have lvl 10 gear across the board.
