Opening:
FireStorm Citadel is one of the best parts of Spiral Knights. The Dev's put a lot of work into Firestorm even added an extra stage for us, but we still don't know who are all the names for FireStorm, but thats a different story.
Problem:
FireStorm gets tedious over time its not challenging at all I mean common killing those skele's are pretty boring over time. This game and many other online games are suppose to challenge its players overall, and Spiral Knights is a great game, but its not as challenging as it could be.
Solution:
Instead of having the same old undead monsters mainly be in FSC why don't you guys allow FSC to be "random". Random in the sense have it copy off the last few depths in the T3.
Examples:
19 - 22 --- Fiend Depths
FSC --- Main monster type will be fiends
19 -- 22 --- Beast
Fsc --- Main Monster type will be beast
If you disagree with this idea why not add more monster types to FSC. (I know we have our trojans, some oilers, some gun puppies, and a few wolves, but MORE is BETTER. Makes the game a bit more challegning and spices things up for sure.

... You know it's supposed to be an ruined kingdom whose denizens are the undead citizens, right? It makes little sense to have anything in the citadel besides what can already be found there. The only things you could that would be remotely sensible would be Smoking Howlitzers and/or phantoms.
