I want spiral knights plushies! It'd be nice to have them, but I've seen lots of people make these threads, and there aren't any, so there might be a reason why there aren't any yet...

But these are some enemies/characters that would be good plushies.

Lichens
Royal Jelly
Devilite
Mewkat
Pepperkat
Ironclaw Mender
Customizable Knight

I'll post more here once more ideas come.
