i was clearing out my guild and i realized it wouldn't let me remove them can anyone help?

If you have been in the guild
If you have been in the guild for longer than they have, then you can kick them.

Can I ask what rank are you? If you are a guild master but you got promoted after the other guild masters got promoted, they have seniority over you and only they can demote/promote/remove you. However, if you got promoted before the other guild masters got promoted, you have seniority over them and only you can demote/promote/remove them.
