decision rooms?

Found this in the dimond pawn gate. Never seen something like this before, and I haven't seen anyone else post about it.
Are things like this rare or do i just have bad luck when it comes to these sorts of things?

HOLY CRA ... CRUD I WANT ONE OF THOSE ROOMS a really hard decision like one has a grim spark token and the other has 1000000 crowns hm thats a tough one

They aren't very common. I see them about once or twice a month. Then again I don't play much anymore.

If you ever have that choice, go with the 1,000,000 crowns.
Trust me.
They are a little rare, but not extremely.
