I don't think so. Those are the new colors. The older ones will still retain their value. In fact people can have a multitude of these. But chance is they won't have a black/red/white. It's just another differentiation for players again. Newer chapeau players will have the outfits they want. And older players get to keep wearing their older more expensive costume AND these new shinies.

Whenever OOO has costume promos like Rose Regalia, CE prices on the market tend to drop momentarily as people who don't really need the CE but want the items buy CE with money till they get the set that they want. Then the Rose Regalia buyers flood the market with the CE that they don't really need.

I just want the Chapeau, regardless of the colour, and am glad I dont have to pay up to 30k ce price ($75) just because I didn't manage to join this game earlier.
Now I get have a chance to get one for $10 along with the stated amount of ce at the same time, I welcome this promotion and certainly similar ones in future.

The Tweet says 10am, that's 10am PDT. When you have the Stratum selection for a Gate open it shows you the time in the title bar. That time is "server time" and is the end all time for when game events occur.
Also, isn't it the Groundbreaker set that's meant for "vets" of the game? ;)

Long time ago...
Long time ago, during original Rose Regalia promotion, items were not bound upon purchasing like they are now. That’s why knights were able to trade freely unwanted promotional items for the desired ones. I guess it’s not the case anymore, with all those new rules of inability to trade costume items. It will be much harder to get an item you want this time (unless of course OOO will change the rules of items trading once more).

I am now after all
So I was not in the game during time of Vets, and I am really upset about this of course cause it is a great game, however, I am officially working now to get all sets. ALL 6 sets as a matter of fact.
I am aware that Red/Black/White will be more expensive, (a lot more expensive), than these 3, but I am currently going after all 6 sets now that I have full 5 star stuff.
If anyone is willing to sell one, please let me know your askin price, and I will work to get that amount. Willing to go after any item of any of the 6 sets. If I get doubles, I will trade for a different one. But I am mentioning now, I am on a buying spree for Rose sets.
If you want to make some crowns, or energy, keep an eye out for me in trade chat when I log on. Everytime I do log on, I will be working towards getting these and will post in trade chat immediately following my log on.
