Lord Van duke like i call him i just finish coming from killing his Sorry Booty, and i think its a wast of Energy just getting down there, waste of Crowns to buy more energy to revived your self and its a Waste of Bloody Time.... just to get 2 miserable bloody Tokens. You need to kill him Loads of Times 5 Stages to be Exact, to just get 2 Miserable Bloody Token... i think Tree Rings should take 2 stages off Lord Van Duke and Lest of his God Forsaken Life, if you want more player going down there to just try to kill him, you guys really need to lower his life down and his stages.... Because 2 miserable Tokens is not just worth the try for a second run.

i prefer bananaduke.
it's already fine as it is, it's fun to fight him, and i never want to miss a chance to go to fsc and say hi to mr. banana there.
it's not that hard. already had more than 150 token in total. and i know some other player that already had over 300 tokens.
and you can actually fight banana solo. without revive. without water trap, pure normal fight.
i already saw this myself. when i'm in a party of 4, 3 of us including me are dead, and 1 player still not die, and he fight vana all his own without reviving us, without dying, and finally kill vana. no water trap, no pills, no bugs, just pure normal fight.
so i can say, the difficulty is not that hard.

Lord Vanaduke is worth every bit of time spent getting to him. The sheer amount of crowns and heat alone is worth it. Also, the amount of tokens you get depends on what stratum you joined. If you joined two levels or so before him, you won't get barely any tokens at all from him. Try to go from emberlight to vanaduke, it should give you 4 tokens total. His life is fine, you just need to learn his patterns and use the Slag walkers health drops to your advantage.
