We begin with the spawning chamber. You have a party button and the obligatory warning. Once the button is triggered, you enter a large room that contains a random amount of graves. These graves spawn zombies at random intervals. After a random amount of time, the exit gate appears. But here's the catch. You may stay and fight on the zombies, but after some time the gate will close and you will be trapped. After that, larger amounts of zombies start spawning. Not just the regular zombies, but also the zombie turrets and the status effect zombies. On occasion, the Phantoms will come. The longer you stay and fight on, the drops get better, but once you die, you will lose all the crowns and heat you have gained in the level and you cannot be revived. Make graveyards a level to be truly feared to enter.
Making Graveyard levels more fearsome.

We need this, but not as a stage
I for one support the idea of this kind of stuff. But I think we should have it without drops, maybe as some kind of PVP stage? I'm not sure how much PVPing would be going in that though...
... A fight-'til-you-drop-or-surrender scheme? Hah.
Have a team, with a Divine Avenger, Electron Vortex and Shivermist Buster in there, and they could grind the place to no end. Either stop the spawning waves after a certain amount of time and force the party to move on, or have monsters stop dropping loot after an amount has been killed so that keeping up the fight would be more of a survival test than endless grind for money. If they kept spawning indefinitely and kept dropping loot, you could easily make 10K from just having bombers disabling everything by keeping them in place and have Divine Avenger charge-spammers sweep the floor with the stuck-in-place enemies, all in one level. It'd be the most broken money-maker in video-gaming history.
Interesting idea, though.
