Sometimes people speak in a special way like somebody wrote follow me and it was in bubble writing.Another expample is in the market where it is said like this

/help emotes will give you
/help emotes will give you the list ingame. /help emote just tells you how to use them.
well you type in /shout and then your message after it to that red speech bubble thingie
you can also type in /emote so that the text is displayed in a yellowish rectangle and the knight won't do any speaking animation
also there are some things when you write /follow, /attack, /helpme and stuff like that the "bubble writing" pops up
