You are asking somone else to either:
-Give you one they made for themselves and bound. Which is gonna be expensive to buy because of unbind.
-Craft one just for you (and not bind). Which will cost the same as if you crafted it. And they might want to make a profit.
There is no reason not to make these yourself. Just buy the mats from Brinks or AH and use some energy. With CE prices being lower than before, this is a great time to get all your craftings out of the way :3

That 150k Sword Focus Module
The one currently in AH for 150k is one I put up; if you buy it soon, I'll take it off and reduce the price to 125k.
