On the bus I acidently dropped my trombone and it hit the guy next to me.Blood came out.I mean seriously.I wonder of I might get sued.Any help?No news yet though.I'm really sorry that my trombone fell on his head :/

Hmm..
Who trusted you enough to sit next to you on a bus while you had your trombone? The vague "blood came out" is hardly a reason to sue. I once accidentally caused a broken arm, but no charges were pressed.
