Ive been trying to get a simple gold rose chapeau for the past 5 hours and im even offering the fall blue rose set for it a2 FOR 1 deal come on! and not one person as even responded,
So yeah say all the rose set have the same rareness is a wrong as they clearly don't.
Its not rare, its just not that many people want to give the gold ones away.
All Rose Regalia items have the exact same rarity at the time of purchase. What a player then decides to do with it (hold on to it or release it into the wild) is their decision. If you are not acquiring a RR item through an energy purchase and instead seeking one out in the wild, you are at the mercy of the players and not the even odds associated with the direct purchase.
