Everything from graphics to models are fine, the only problem I'm having is the darn text. Sometimes single letters or numbers show up but other times they are the same garbled text.

Latest Drivers, Latest Java, Everything's updated AFAIK.
Unfortunately, from what I've seen, that is most likely caused by the video chipset you are using. The Intel GMA 950 just doesn't meet specification to play this game.

Isn't text rendering more simple? It's just text ><
It's more that Intel's support for OpenGL when they were making those chipsets was rather poor.
Are you using the drivers from your PC vendor or Intel's latest release? Sometimes PC vendors will stop providing updates before Intel has actually ironed out all the kinks.
I'm getting the exact same problems, and I'm also running the game on an intel chip (mine's a 450 express though). Everything looks great except for the text, which is either garbled or entirely missing.
My laptop is a couple of years old, but its specs meet and surpass the requirements listed for the game, and it obviously has no problem running it and its textures/graphics. The only issue is that there's no text, which, well, makes playing the game rather difficult.
Forgot to mention - the problem persisted even after downloading the latest drivers for my graphics card and the latest version of java + patches.
Does this still happen when you launch the game from the computer client?
EDIT: I ask that because your screenshot made me think you're launching the game from the website.
