Skull (UNTRADEABLE- lowers the price immensely, even if you have gift wrap)....He will be lucky to get 3x-4x refined & even if he supplies the wrap (it trades for 2x refined--& he doesnt have it), asking price would be Max 5x refined. He is offering 2500-3000CE for a gold chapeau. Now look at how much these rose items are trading for. Good deal? I think not.
